Project Managers (PM) will drive connectivity through effective management and application of NIS standards across all projects, championing NIS values.
The ideal candidate will have a proven record of providing exceptional project management with a consultative approach and will model those skills across the PM team. The project management team must be professional and comfortable facilitating, and possibly mediating, conversation with professionals in construction trades, technical, and executive-level roles. Successful candidates will work with minimal supervision and must be self-motivated and disciplined to complete projects within prescribed timelines.

Working Conditions:
NIS outfits all employees with work from home equipment, but in-office and on-site time will be necessary. Our corporate headquarters are in the Pacific NW. While remote work is permitted, employees must be available during PNW working hours unless otherwise arranged. Additionally, some regional and out-of-state travel will be required for project work and training.
Substantial computer usage is expected as well as client visits and fieldwork. NIS will provide the required mobile device(s). Travel is required with occasional overnight stays. Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds is required.
Compensation Package: Compensation is base salary; additional bonuses are discretionary. Employee benefits include 11 paid holidays, personal time off (PTO) starting at three weeks annually, health & dental benefits fully funded for the employee, and a 401k plan with company match, as per the Employee Handbook. Driving as it relates to client on-site time will be reimbursed to employees at IRS milage rate, re-evaluated annually.
Hours: This is a full-time position. Anticipated schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
[1] Selected candidate will be expected to pursue PMP credential following 12 months with NIS
