Description:
·Specific work will be to serve as ProjectManager for a cross-functional team comprised of Procurement, Operations, andTechnology team members.
·Focus of this team is to research, gatherfunctional requirements, configure (technical), and process-map the deploymentof Coupa's eSourcing module which is an out-of-box solution that will expandCoupa capabilities and better manage sourcing events.
Responsibilities:
·Project Management: Manages projects with a duration of typically 18 months or less, budget(USD)2 million, multiple business functions, with a regional or global scope.
·Project Scope Management: Works withproject sponsors and customers to define business benefits, businessrequirements, and project scope. Manages change control against scope and it’simpacts to time, cost, and quality.
·Project Time Management: Defines projectschedule, manages task assignments, tracks work against schedule.
·Project Cost Management: Facilitateslevel of effort estimating and develops asset acquisition requirements; tracksand reports on actuals against forecast

·The Portfolio Management Office is looking forproject manager(s)s to allocate against these priority projects.
·Potential projects include Supplier Management,Risk Mitigation, Business Process Improvement, Procurement CapabilityDevelopment, and Policy Governance.
·Remote Status: On-site would be ideal, butremote is acceptable given they can accommodate west coast business hours.
