Overview

·Support the Business Operations and Enablement(BOE) for Planning and Manufacturing with data and financial analysis.

·Provide operations/ project management servicesengaging high level managers and subject matter experts as well as provide dataanalysis for the project using excel.

·Develop a controlled, repeatable process tomonitor performance (e.g., performance against budgets, headcount, etc.).

·Create tools that can ingest data and generatereports and charts/graphs for review.

·Analyze the data to identify trends andunderstand drivers.

Requirements

·10 years Operations/Project Management

·Experience working with stakeholders

·Advanced Data Analysis using Excel, strongattention to detail

·Fluency with excel (pivot tables, reports, etc);familiarity with Smartsheet; experience accessing data from enterprise systemssuch as SAP.

·Strong communication skills

·Ability to navigate ambiguity and variety ofstakeholders

·Strong political savvy required.
