As we continue to grow, we’re looking to expand our team by adding another Project Manager. This is an exceptional opportunity for a smart, self-motivated individual with a passion for remodeling. You must be a self-motivated individual who exercise’s excellent judgment in problem solving and customer experience. If you can deliver projects on time and on budget and are ready to build relationships with our homeowners and our trade contractors we encourage you to apply.
The Position
The Project Manager is responsible for supervising the remodeling on multiple projects at a time. They gather bids to create pre-construction estimates and review and approve trade contractor invoices. They also manage subcontractor scheduling and oversight, quality control through all phases of the project, final punch lists, and some hands-on labor when applicable. The Project manager, while intended and required to be autonomous on their projects, reports to the Production Manager.
