·ProjectCommunications & Status Reporting
oSendsweekly status report to team
oUploadsweekly status to the Portfolio Management Office (PMO) dashboard
oProvidesad-hoc reports and communications as needed

oDefineand maintain work breakdown structures (WBS), deliverables, milestones, andcritical path dependencies to achieve project scope and objectives
oDefineand maintain the project schedule and manages task assignments to achievetargeted timelines and go-lives
·CriticalPath Planning & Scheduling
oDefineand manage the critical path of tasks, milestones, and deliverables to achievetargeted timelines and go-lives
oKeepproject plan schedule updated as work gets completed
oIdentifyand manage impacts to the critical path and ultimate go-live dates
oIdentifyand take corrective actions with the team to minimize delays and achievetargeted timelines and go-lives
·Migration& Deployment Planning and Management
oDrivedevelopment of business and technical migration and deployment plans to go-live
oCollaboratewith technical project managers to manage and execute migrations anddeployments
·ProjectExecution Management:
oProvideoversight and direction on the day-to-day execution to the project team,including identifying and executing corrective actions
oMeetweekly with workstream leads to ensure work is on track, and identify and take correctiveactions
oRunweekly all-project coordination meeting to run through status of work, identifydependencies, and corrective actions
oPrepfor and run 2x a week core team meetings to manage execution priorities acrossthe team
oPrepfor and run cross-functional program and steering committee meetings to prioritizeand coordinate work across functions
oMonitorand manage scope, schedule, and resources against objectives and plans
oMeetPMO deliverable requirements
·ProjectRisk Management
oDefineand manage a Risks, Action, Issues, and Decision (RAID) Log
oActas the day-to-escalation point for the project team
oMonitorand report on items on the RAID log to ensure project adheres to scope,schedule, and resource plans
oPrepfor and run 2x a week RAID log grooming sessions to ensure appropriateescalations and mitigation/contingency actions are completed
·Minimum7 years of project management experience on large, global systemsimplementations impacting more than 10K users
·5 years of experience managing geo-graphicallydispersed virtual teams of 30 people
·Experience leading both Agile and Waterfallsystems implementations
·Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and solveproblems independently
·Experience in a high volume, fast-pacedenvironment
·Strong written and verbal communicationskills
·Ability to work well with all levels of theorganization
·Strong relationship-building skills
·Highly detail-oriented, able to manage a 1000 line detailed project schedule
·Expert in using Smartsheets as a project managementtool, including dashboarding/reporting
