We are looking for a Project/Program Manager who thrives in working with cross functional teams tosupport and deliver hardware and software technology infrastructure supportinglarge scale construction projects. This role is very broad in itsresponsibilities.The right candidatewill possess the skills to drive measurable success in complex,multi-disciplined environments, quickly pivot in ever changing markets to meetbusiness goals, maintain reporting, schedules, and project priorities. You will engage and build successfulcollaborative working relationships with peers and stakeholders from all lensesof the project as well as be adept at communication at the right level.
SECTION 2: WHATWILL YOU WORK ON
You will work withthe NA Technology infrastructure team, infrastructure engineers, networkengineers and Retail Operations. Your role will include planning, management,and execution of technology equipment remediation and upgrades within the NorthAmerican retail fleet including but not limited to core infrastructure, digitalsignage, registers and store servers. You will be responsible for end-to-endproject scoping, cost management, vendor management, coordination, & timelydelivery of projects within defined budget parameters.Not only is the ability to identify &elevate risks to leadership & business partners critical, but thewillingness to solution collaboratively, & learn is equally vital.This role will manage a variety of projects usinghybrid Lean/Agile principals and framework.
SECTION 3: WHOWILL YOU WORK WITH
You will collaborate with cross-functionalteams that range from design, construction, engineers, technology functions, outsidevendors and various business stakeholders. You will be reporting projectstatus, risks and issues to the larger Project Management organization, projectsponsors and senior leadership.
•Bachelor’s degree in Technology,Business, or a related field
•5 years professional experience
·Rigorous scheduling at the task level, withoverall accountability at the program level
·Proactive and effective communicationwith stakeholders and to collaborate and maintain alignment both with businesspartners and senior management
·Familiarity with retail storeinfrastructure and technology (e.g. servers, registers, receipt printers, etc)
·Manage project schedule,scope and cost as well as any changes, estimating risks through deviations andvariances
·Familiarity with Lean/Agileprincipals and framework, agile project management shepherding projects fromkick-off to delivery
·Excellent end to endproject management skills, shepherding an entire program from kick off tocompletion
·Strong vendor execution management anddelivery
·Comfortable working in a very fast-paced,results-oriented environment
·PMP certification, or training is a plus
