This position is primarily responsible for developing relationships with our customers to focus on additional sales and retaining customers by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Performs monthly service reviews.
- Achieves annual sales goal and holiday sales goal
- Develops relationships and listening to our customers needs to find out exactly what they need and not what they tell you they want.
- Communicates needs and translates that into actionable items which they are accountable for the completion.
Accountable to customer retention, quality control, and additional sales.
