Upon selection of qualified individuals into our Management Training Program we provide extensive training from the entry- level of brand representation & professionalism with rapid progression up to junior and senior project director on a national scale. Job responsibilities include:

• You use our Foundations and Systems to engage with every person at our daily events to help increase brand awareness and exposure for out client, and you do so with a "friends first" mindset. (What's the Foundations and Systems? Don't worry - we'll teach you everything you need to know!)
• Working alongside the top nationally recognized vibrant team members to plan and execute marketing campaigns for non-profit organizations
• Analyzing previous successful campaigns to understand variations & trends to produce improvements of the upmost quality
• Reviewing the development and success of current campaigns, making strategic adjustments, and implementing new approaches to drive growth of our partnered Fortune 500 companies
• Engaging with clients to discuss brand guidelines, goals, budgets, and key performance indicators
