If so, National Presto Industries, Inc is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team! This is a Monday through Friday position, from 8am to 4:30pm - No nights, no weekends, and no holidays. We are looking for someone with a passion for helping others, who knows their way around a kitchen, and has a knack for problem solving. Come work for a stable, local company, with a family atmosphere.What you'll do:

• Educate customers on use of Presto products
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or complaints via phone
• Handle warranty issues
• Data entry of customer orders and call notes.
• Work with Excel to record data and generate spreadsheets.

What you bring:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a phone-based customer service environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Experience canning is helpful, but we will train you also
• Experience cooking or using Presto Appliances preferred
• Fluency in French or Spanish not require, but includes a premium pay differential

• Hands-on training with Presto Products
• Opportunity to test and give input on new products.
