Customer Service Rep

The Customer Service Rep is responsible for the service segment of the business, both residential and commercial.

The position will be responsible for:

· Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers.

· Field incoming calls to assist with service requests.

· Service contact for all service requests, promoting a positive relationship with customers.

· Managing the day-to-day operations of scheduling to meet daily customer commitments.

· Provide estimates to residential and commercial customers for service.

· Ensure that projects are completed timely, below budget and to the satisfaction of the customer.

· Staging work for upcoming jobs on a daily basis.

Self-motivated individual with a sense of urgency and the ability to multi-task and troubleshoot. Strong oral and written communication skills. Knowledge in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks preferred. Good driving record and driver's license required. Bachelors Degree (BA) and/or three to five years related experience; or equivalent combination of experience and education is desired.
