```Job Summary```
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills, business acumen, and the ability to drive process improvement initiatives.

```Responsibilities```
- Supervise and manage a team of employees, providing guidance in support of customer project execution and quality excellence.

- Direct diverse activities of wood refinishing technicians and manage completion of multiple ongoing projects

- Communicate timely status and project updates with management, sales and clients

- Design workflows and direct resources to optimize utilization and leverage skills
- Initiate, develop and implement operational strategies to drive growth and increase profitability
- Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and increase efficiency
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
- Collaborate with sales team to align operations with production and throughput objectives
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
