As the Roofing Operations Manager you:
- Direct and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring all projects are completed in a timely manner and within budget constraints.
- Play an active role in the planning of sales strategies, setting sales targets, and evaluating performance.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and production teams, creating an environment that encourages collaboration, growth, and success.
- Uphold compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, maintaining Allphase's high standards of quality.
- Oversee vendor relationships, supply chain logistics, and inventory management to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects.
- Supervise financial planning, budget management, and profitability analysis within our operations.
- Act as a primary contact for clients, addressing their concerns, resolving disputes, and ensuring ultimate customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with upper management to set company goals, develop operational strategies, and make crucial decisions that will drive company growth.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
- Demonstrated experience in sales and/or production management.
- Experience working with insurance carriers.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a talent for inspiring and motivating teams.
- Strong financial understanding, with experience in budgeting and cost management.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations and compliance procedures.
- Proficiency in project management software and other relevant IT tools.
