What will you do as a Product Operations Manager?

If so, we're looking for a Product Operations Manager who not only understands our brand but embodies it, with an unwavering commitment to its excellence. In this role, you'll work closely with diverse teams including Design, Technical Design, Inventory Management, Planning, Marketing, and Merchandising to guarantee the delivery of top-tier products to our valued customers. Additionally, you should have a strong desire for personal growth and development, particularly in honing your time, task and project management skills.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Facilitate exceptional communication across all product-related activities, ensuring a smooth workflow among product teams, external partners, and the marketing team.
Stay organized and utilize Asana effectively to streamline tasks, deadlines, and project workflows, ensuring efficient collaboration and progress tracking across teams.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Passionately maintain calendars, reminders, and deadlines to ensure timely and efficient product operations.
Track approvals of all blanks and accessories, obtain all commit dates, manage internal deadlines and communicate approved products to the inventory and marketing teams.
Develop a deep understanding of our brand identity and values, and strive to uphold them in every aspect of product operations.
Communicate changes or updates of products to relevant teams including updated size guides and needed photography.
Collaborate closely with Design, Technical Design, Inventory Management, Planning, Marketing, and Merchandising teams to align strategies and deliver high-quality products.
Actively contribute to the improvement of processes and workflows to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Proactively identify and address any potential bottlenecks or challenges in the product development and delivery process.
Manage time-and-action plans for each vendor and all products, communicate required dates and requirements for cross-functional partners.
Manage communication to ensure product is ordered and delivered on time and product execution and quality meet the design intent.
Drive the style development process through collaboration with key partners to ensure product details are confirmed on time for PO placement.
Be proactive about any issues that arise; communicating both internally and externally to solve problems quickly while learning to prioritize based on the current product development cycle.
Report style development status for key meeting milestones.
Attend and lead meetings with internal teams and external partners, ensuring all relevant team members are in the know on the timing of product approvals and release dates.
Other related duties as assigned.
What are we looking for in a Product Operations Manager?
Proven experience in product operations or a related role within the retail industry.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Proficiency in project management tools and software; experience with Asana a plus.
A passion for our brand and a strong desire to contribute to its success.
Strong understanding of product development, project management, and operations.
Ability to strike the right balance between focusing on building what's next while managing current priorities.
Experience in process optimization and a drive to incorporate appropriate technology and seek out automation wherever possible.
