At Howl at the Moon, people come to sing, dance and howl, as the most versatile and talented musicians perform everyone’s favorite songs. Our one of a kind entertainment concept is brought to life by the high-energy, outgoing personalities of the people we employ. Howl Kansas City is currently hiring a Party Operations Manager. This position does not require any certification and is an ENTRY LEVEL position.

We’re looking for an energetic and fun person that has no problem talking to large crowds and is available to work Friday and Saturday nights. Pay is $15 an hour plus commission from lead generating. Job Duties:

• Greet, organize and check in Happy Hour party guests on the weekends.
• Generate in-house leads by doing giveaways and personal sign ups.

• Organize and manage in-house displays promoting the Happy Hour program and to encourage lead generating. Order new items as needed.

• Take nightly photos and videos for content on Howl at the Moon's social media stories.
• Manage local marketing promotions calendar and promote upcoming events and programs with guests.
• Answer phone calls during office hours.
• Data process all new leads on an excel spreadsheet weekly.
• Run hotel pass referral program. This is an added way to make additional commission.

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Microsoft Excel experience
• Currently active on social media sites including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience working in the hospitality industry is a plus
• A creative and analytical mindset is a must

Friday: 5pm-12am
Friday: 5pm-12am
Saturday: 5pm-12am

Pay:

$16/hr
20 hrs max per week (part time)
.50 cent commission per lead generated
