Position Summary

Bleckmann Fashion and Lifestyle Logistics is seeking an Operations Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations. This role will also be responsible for managing the company’s sales team, ensuring that all sales personnel are trained and have the tools to be successful.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in business management, sales, or operations
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to manage a team of 3-5 people in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and other technology tools
• Ability to work effectively with others and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to prioritize and multitask while staying organized and on task
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
