Bleckmann is seeking a warehouse supervisor who is motivated to grow with the company. Our quickly growing team needs an innovative self-starter to lead a diverse team of 15-20 warehouse employees. Primarily responsible for managing productivity, providing excellent direct customer support, inventory management, management of KPI, and ensuring a positive working environment for team members!

Operations Supervisor

Summary

Our Supervisors are dedicated to coordinate and support the E Commerce and B2B customers. This position requires a motivational leader that will ensure the productivity of the customer's department assigned, including requesting finished goods, managing inventory, determining pick sequences, assigning tasks, and ensuring accurate completion of daily work assignments and including shipping of products.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

· Monitors production output and ensures adherence to Bleckmann’s Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

· Maintain accurate records of all the inventory and stock in the defined E-Commerce warehouse.

· Authenticate the goods in the received shipments and maintain a record of all discrepancies.

· Ensure order associates are meeting KPIs, manage, coach and train team members

· Ensure accurate shipping label creation and tendering of goods to selected freight providers.

· Coordinate work assignments based on picking sequence to maximize the efficiency of order pickers.

· Meet or exceed daily production goals of cartons shipped.

· Ensure uptime of all equipment, material handling, label printers, scanners, etc.

· Ensure the proper handling and storage of goods and supplies.

· Follow all safety regulations and legal documentation norms pertaining to warehousing.

· Create, generate and distribute defined reporting on area efficiency and customer fulfillment activities.

· Provides backup and support to other areas as requested.

OTHER DUTIES MAY INCLUDE:

· Perform or assist with any operations, as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules and quality requirements. Notify supervision of unusual equipment or operating problems and the need for additional materials and supplies.

· Maintain asafe work area and comply with safety procedures and equipment operating rules keeping thework area in a clean and orderly condition.

· Participate in any variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain aspecified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, policies, and regulatory guidelines.

· Perform other related duties as assigned.
