Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with various team members/departments to achieve company goals.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to team members.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English is required.
• Minimum of 2 years managerial role experience is required.
• Demonstrated success in managerial roles within the construction industry (preferred).
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in using Windows 10 and/or 11 PCs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High School GED/Diploma or higher education.
• Experience using Microsoft Office (preferred).
• Bookkeeping experience (preferred).

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

• Columbus, OH 43224: Relocate before starting work (Required)
