The Position:
The Operations Specialist at Morales Group is responsible for recruitment and placement of qualified candidates for assigned areas of responsibility, managing the recruitment cycle, establishing multiple recruiting strategies with multiple resources, while continually exhibiting the core values of the organization.
Responsibilities will include administrative duties such as processing all teammates. Assist in answering the multi-line phone system and managing front lobby. Use problem solving skills to support current and future teammates. Performs basic employee records maintenance such as address changes, recording availability calls, and research issues/concerns/questions. Maintains employee applications and required onboarding forms. Ensure an excellent teammate experience while at the Morales Group.
