Our Dental Administrative Professional team members are responsible for supporting regular office operations, managing practice communication (phone calls, texts, faxes, and e-mails), scheduling treatment, processing insurance claims, collaborating with specialists, supporting OSHA/HIPAA/PCI compliance regulations, drafting documents, overseeing contractual patient documents, maintaining digital library, and professionally representing the practice. The Administrative team functions as Misson Control for the dental practice.

To be successful in this role, our ideal candidate:

  • Has excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Has outstanding organizational & time management skills
  • Can prioritize tasks and meet deadlines without prompting
  • Has at least 1-year proven experience in an administrative or clinical role within the dental industry (REQUIRED)
  • Has demonstrated expertise with MS Office Suite (particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Has familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, VoIP phone systems, and online platforms
  • Has proven basic math skills
  • Has a full understanding of dental insurance EOBs, processing, and claims submission
  • Can ensure all daily procedures run smoothly
  • Will support the Business Manager in maintaining established practice systems and regulatory compliance
  • Has experience with Open Dental or similar relevant practice software
  • Has an Associate Degree; additional qualifications in Office Administration or Dental Assisting is a plus

This is a full-time position, 6:30am-3:30pm, Monday through Thursday. No nights or weekends. Compensation will be commensurate with education, experience and skill set. Our generous benefit package includes:
