Role
The HR Generalist is a key representative of our regional office and plays a crucial role in supporting the human resources functions within Momentum Academy.
They are responsible for collaboratively advancing the human resources objectives of Momentum Academy. The HR Generalist works closely with the HR Manager / Director to develop systems, procedures, and policies and ensure effective policy implementation and alignment with the organization's mission and goals.
Key responsibilities include promoting a positive work culture, fostering employee engagement and development, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and providing strategic HR support to the organization.
This position is responsible for various HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and HR administration.

Essential Responsibilities
Education / Certification Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
