Responsibilities:

**This position offers a hybrid work environment, which includes the ability to work from home but will also require an on-site presence as needed at our Lakeside and/or Clayton Corporate HQ campus locations in St. Louis, Missouri.

As the Senior Human Resources Generalist , you will be responsible for providing proactive HR consultation directly in support of the business needs of the Information Technology Division of Enterprise Mobility.? In this role, you will be involved in a partnership that requires ongoing active engagement of the IT workforce to build collaborative, high-trust relationships with all levels of leadership and employees.? You will have the opportunity to support the IT employee population by providing service and support in a variety of HR functions, with an emphasis in all employee engagement and advocacy programs, employee relations, relationship building, compensation education and coaching, Human Resource training, benefits, legal compliance, immigration support, and other?HR?activities.??

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing and overseeing all practice components of HR including performance management, employee relations, leaves of absence, ADA, Benefits, Workers Compensation, Unemployment and company guidelines
  • Engage with employees in outreach programs throughout the employment lifecycle, including facilitating New Hire Orientation, onboarding and engagement efforts, focused touch bases and exit interviews
  • Responsible for managing, and at times developing, key HR programs and initiatives that will align to the business unit
  • Support employees in various remote work settings on all HR needs
  • Prepare reports (including Workday queries); compile and analyze data for actionable information and management decisions
  • Provide training as needed for the IT employee population
  • Conduct special projects and ad-hoc reporting as needed
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and HR requirements
  • Remain current on knowledge and research related to area; evaluate and implement for the organization, as needed
  • Monitor task automation and implement process improvements; recommend enhancements that result in increased quality, efficiencies, and overall value to the IT organization
  • Protect our customers, our employees, and our brands by incorporating security and compliance in all decisions and daily job responsibilities; follow security policies and procedures; continuously identify and recommend opportunities for improving security

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Must reside in St. Louis, Missouri, or immediate surrounding area, with the ability to work a hybrid schedule in the office and from home each week
  • 3 years of related HR experience, playing the role of an HR Specialist or Generalist
  • Previous experience and strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA and Legal Compliance
  • Well-versed with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
  • Strong ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and keep issues confidential?
  • Tenacious, diplomatic, highly flexible, collaborative, well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong listener, with solid communication and facilitation skills, and the ability to communicate at all levels within the organization
  • Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • PHR/SHRM certification preferred
  • Basic understanding of Information Technology function
  • Technical competence in HR related tools such as Workday, Dayforce, etc.
  • Experience working for a global company
