Responsibilities:**This position offers a hybrid work environment, which includes the ability to work from home but will also require an on-site presence as needed at our Lakeside and/or Clayton Corporate HQ campus locations in St. Louis, Missouri.
As the Senior Human Resources Generalist , you will be responsible for providing proactive HR consultation directly in support of the business needs of the Information Technology Division of Enterprise Mobility.? In this role, you will be involved in a partnership that requires ongoing active engagement of the IT workforce to build collaborative, high-trust relationships with all levels of leadership and employees.? You will have the opportunity to support the IT employee population by providing service and support in a variety of HR functions, with an emphasis in all employee engagement and advocacy programs, employee relations, relationship building, compensation education and coaching, Human Resource training, benefits, legal compliance, immigration support, and other?HR?activities.??
