MLG's Executive Assistant role is a unique blend of responsibilities, combining the traditional duties of an Executive Assistant with the personal support typically associated with a Personal Assistant. As the Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive administrative support while also managing the personal affairs of the CEO.
FLSA: Exempt
Supervisory Responsibilities: NoneDuties/Responsibilities:
· Manage professional and personal scheduling for CEO, including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, client management, and other company logistics.
· Schedules and attends meetings, takes notes and records minutes.
· Manages sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion especially decisions directly impacting the operations of the company.
· Prepares Google Sheets, Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, special projects, and other documents in support of the CEO.
· Works across departments to support CEO agenda.
· Run errands as requested.
· Support CEO family members as required.
· Schedule routine appointments for both the CEO and family members.
· Schedule routine maintenance home repairs and maintenance.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
· Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
· Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
· High EQ
· High level of self-awareness.
· High attention to detail.
· Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Sheets.
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
· 8 to 10 years of experience in supporting C level executives.
· 3 years of experience working with Google sheets.
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Travel:
· 50% percent Travel
