Primary duties include scheduling new clients via phone and online, checking client benefits, assisting clients with receiving/completing intake paperwork, answering the phones, greeting clients and employees, opening/closing office when necessary, maintaining office space. 5 years in an office environment ideal, medical office experience a plus.
