JOB DESCRIPTION

Do you build rapport and forge lasting connections, naturally? Does the idea of orchestrating flawless, world-class events excite you? Look no further! We're searching for a dynamic Conference & Events Specialist to join our team, where you'll blend your innate people skills with your passion for event planning and crafting unforgettable experiences – all within the legal industry.

Duties include:

  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of all corporate events, including mock courtroom events, networking events, and holiday parties.
  • Lead all conference booth planning and logistics.
  • Market the use of the mock courtroom to other firms: identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our client base.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of experience in Event Coordinating and Planning. Preferable Corporate event planning experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Comfortable in front of the camera – preferred

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Supervisors – The principal of the firm, and the firm’s vice president of marketing.

Status – Full time, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. This position requires the ability to work evenings and weekends, which often cannot be predicted in advance. The position will require travel to conferences or events located inside and outside of California.

Location – Beautiful office environment in the Segerstrom Performing Arts Center, across from South Coast Plaza.

Salary – $95-115K, depending on experience.
