Starting Salary Range $36,354 - $49,165
Job Summary: The Receptionist is responsible for greeting and assisting visitors of the Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority (MNAA) in a professional manner. Other responsibilities include performing a variety of entry-level clerical & administrative duties including receive, sort and deliver mail and packages to on-site and off-site locations.
Essential Job Duties:

• Serves as receptionist at the primary point of contact for the office including placing, answering, routing telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors.
• Answers customer inquires in person and via telephone.
• Validates parking tickets for visitors.
• Receives, sorts and delivers mail and packages to on-site and off-site locations.
• Safely operates a company motor vehicle following all safety regulations and state laws. Coordinates routine maintenance and reports necessary repairs to the Maintenance Department. Handles fueling process of vehicle.
• Schedules and maintains conference rooms.
• Administers petty cash and maintains records.
• Stocks supplies and performs other manual tasks.
• Daily bank visit to sign for and pickup documents for BNA and JWN.
• Identifies environmental hazards and addresses them in accordance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations.
• Assists with entry-level clerical and administrative duties in various departments as needed.
• Follows all safety regulations.
• Maintain regular on-time attendance.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Required:

• H.S. Diploma
• Less than 2 years of clerical/administrative experience.
• Valid CLASS D Driver's License
