Position Summary:
The receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and callers. The receptionist represents the highly professional image of the Firm by creating a positive interaction with every attorney, staff member, client, visitor, and caller. The position handles a large volume of calls while greeting guests and performing various administrative tasks. The ability to engage professionally and politely with visitors is essential. The receptionist has primary responsibility for scheduling conference rooms and coordinating meetings and other hospitality services. Remote work/hybrid schedule is not available for this position due to the essential in-office job functions.
