Whites Creek Wellness and Rehabilitation, a skilled nursing facility located in Nashville TN is seeking a qualified Receptionist. Monday - Thursday.

RECEPTIONIST Job Descriptions and Duties:

·Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook email.

·Possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.

·Be knowledgeable of practices and procedures and state & federal guidelines governing functions in the skill nursing care facility.

·Must have the ability to implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures of the department.

·Perform proficiently in all competency areas including patient rights, safety, sanitation, etc.

·Maintain professional working relationships with associates, vendors, family members, residents, etc.

·Maintain confidentiality of all proprietary and/or confidential information. Must understand and follow company policies including harassment and compliance procedures.

·Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude at all times.

·Assist in any assigned functions including patient assistance such as evacuation during drills or emergencies.
