Administrative Assistant/Lifeguard:
The staff person will be the Administrative Support for the Menorah Park Rehabilitation Department team. This position is responsible for client intake and orientation, answering phones, communicating with clients, physicians, therapists, etc., and generally maintaining the front desk's functions. Staff personal is responsible for delivering lifeguard breaks for lifeguard staff and responding as primary/secondary responders for emergencies.
Essential Qualifications:

• Proficient, strong receptionist, and computer skills

• Good communications skills

• Sensitivity to senior adults and their needs.

• Ability to interact with staff in all areas.

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Ability to work without supervision.

• Understanding of marketing concepts.

• High school diploma or equivalency.

• Red Cross CPR/ Lifeguard Certification

Salary:: starting at $14.00/hour
