We are seeking an Administrative Project Management Assistant for our Environmental Services Department. While working in our Beachwood, OH. office, this person will carry out various administrative services for assigned communities and will assist in planning/organizing projects, events, and requests.

Qualifications/ Responsibilities:

• At least two years of related experience preferred
• Attends planning and development meetings and other events involving business operations on behalf of the Director, Vice President, or other assigned leadership staff as needed
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Calendar Management experience required
• Fulfills, whether by performing or procuring, needs for various administrative services in assigned nursing home communities 
• Acts as liaison with project vendors, architects, engineers, and consultants on behalf of the company in planning, construction, and renovation projects
• Customer service experience required
• Performs other related duties as assigned
