The Administrative Assistant at our vibrant outpatient and wellness center is responsible for scheduling therapy appointments, customer intake and orientation, answering phones, communicating with clients, physicians, therapists, etc., and generally maintaining the functions of the front desk. Must also be willing to obtain lifeguard certification to assist with lifeguard breaks. Good communication and customer service skills in dealing with the public and older adults is required. Good organization, computer skills, and willingness to work as a team are vital to this position.
