MedEnvoy Global BV is Hiring a Project Account Manager Near Austin, TX

Established in the Netherlands in 2020 by experienced and reputable regulatory affairs executives, MedEnvoy is a fast-growing company serving over 800 clients globally. With an ambitious goal of having over 1,000 clients by the end of the year, we are growing our team in
the United States to support our client base in North America. This means adding new Account Managers to our team, that will assist customers with day to day contact, and help shape our company.

What we do:
We help manufacturers of medical devices and in vitro diagnostic devices to meet regulations in Europe, the United Kingdom, The United States and Switzerland. We provide support via our regulatory Importer and Authorized Representation services, as well as via our diverse offering of consulting support options. What we do as a company can be summed up by the following statement: MedEnvoy makes sure medical devices placed on the market are safe to use and compliant with all the laws that are applicable to them. Our goal is to become the trusted leading firm in the MedTech industry.

About the Role:
As a Project Account Manager, you will assist with helping our clients meet certain medical device and IVD requirements in the markets we operate in. This that you will be responsible for the initial onboarding- and later on the maintenance - of your own list of clients, which may include assisting them to bring new products to various markets, answering questions, connecting clients to various industry experts, communicating new regulatory requirements to customers and dealing with any issues that may arise. While this role is customer oriented, it is not a sales position. Clients are only assigned to the Account Managers after they sign a contract with MedEnvoy.

On a typical day, the Account Manager:

  • Works within a team of Account Managers that is supervised by a Senior Account Manager and Team Leader.
  • Assists with coordinating all internal and external activities with the customer (calls, emails, etc).
  • Documents the status of onboarding, the status of shipments and any changes in the scope of work, or any other relevant information for MedEnvoy's services in our documentation system.
  • Coordinates the Onboarding process for our customers, reviews & verifies all information and documentation provided by the customer, and works in tandem with internal and external stakeholders in the onboarding process when needed.
  • Understands verifications processes relevant to shipment information, and communicates inconsistencies with the verification team and customer.
  • Documents information related to non-conformities, complaints or any serious even in case provided to MedEnvoy and provide the information to the customer. Follow-up with the customer in case of non-conformities.
  • Identifies opportunities for improvement of quality or efficiency of existing processes and tools and provide proposals of improvement to the line managers.
  • Identifies opportunities for cross-selling of services with existing customers.
  • Complies with the continuous training requirements according to the training curriculum developed for this position.
  • Participates in internal or external calls or meetings.

To land this opportunity you don’t necessarily need work experience. For many Account Managers this is their first fulltime job. You must, however, be willing to learn, have a cooperative mindset and a creative way of thinking. Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite of products, experience in customer facing jobs and fluency in additional languages are all highly appreciated.
