the United States to support our client base in North America. This means adding new Account Managers to our team, that will assist customers with day to day contact, and help shape our company.
What we do:
We help manufacturers of medical devices and in vitro diagnostic devices to meet regulations in Europe, the United Kingdom, The United States and Switzerland. We provide support via our regulatory Importer and Authorized Representation services, as well as via our diverse offering of consulting support options. What we do as a company can be summed up by the following statement: MedEnvoy makes sure medical devices placed on the market are safe to use and compliant with all the laws that are applicable to them. Our goal is to become the trusted leading firm in the MedTech industry.
About the Role:
As a Project Account Manager, you will assist with helping our clients meet certain medical device and IVD requirements in the markets we operate in. This that you will be responsible for the initial onboarding- and later on the maintenance - of your own list of clients, which may include assisting them to bring new products to various markets, answering questions, connecting clients to various industry experts, communicating new regulatory requirements to customers and dealing with any issues that may arise. While this role is customer oriented, it is not a sales position. Clients are only assigned to the Account Managers after they sign a contract with MedEnvoy.
