Job Title: Project Manager
Job Location: Fort Worth, TX
Salary: $110k-$130k
Requirements: 5 Years of construction experience in a similar role experience on ground up projects is preferred
This is a full time/permanent position with a well-established 300 person General Contractor with projects spanning across Commercial, Public safety, Healthcare, Education, etc.
Due to consistent growth, they are currently hiring for a Project Manager with experience at another GC. This person will be responsible for managing all phases from initiation to completion.

What You Will Be Doing
- Oversee all phases of the project and ensure successful completion including planning, budgeting, and execution
- Monitor and ensure quality control and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure it is within estimated timeline and budget
- Review and approve project documents including contracts, change orders, and project plans
- Anticipate potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and disruptions
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with owners, architects, engineers, etc.
What You Need for this Position
- 5 Years Experience as Construction Project Manager (or similar position)
- Experience on any of the following projects: Commercial, Municipal, Healthcare/Medical, etc.
- Ground-Up project experience is preferred
- Bachelors degree is a plus but not required
