Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have experience managing a project from start to finish. This candidate will be able to create a plan of action that will consider a fixed timeline and evaluate risks. This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator.

• Ability to lead $50-100M commercial construction projects. Preferred project experience: healthcare, heavy industrial manufacturing, light industrial, mission critical, higher education (life sciences), large retail, high-end hospitality, K-12, and/or class A office.
• Minimum of 5-15 years commercial construction experience, solid tenure (5-10 years) with other reputable brand name commercial builders.
• Ability to coordinate construction project activities, materials, and personnel as required to successfully complete projects on schedule and within budget.
• Effective communication and presentation skills with all levels of people throughout the construction process.
• Capability to effectively manage client relationships to achieve project goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a construction related field preferred.
• In depth knowledge of the construction process.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project on time and within budget.
• Solid understanding of estimating concepts, contractual language, and construction laws and practices.
• Ability to read and understand plans, blueprints, and specifications.
• Understanding of building codes and other design requirements.
• Experience working in a dynamic team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
