Bryan & Bryan Inspections is Hiring an Account Manager Near Austin, TX

Job Description

The Account Manager will play a key role on the sales team, focused on supporting their Account Executive while maintaining their own pre-established accounts. They will serve as crucial support for the primary acquisition arm of the company, responsible for setting appointments, managing schedules, attending networking events, and doing presentations. Success in this role will require strong interpersonal relationship skills, public speaking skills, and great phone etiquette. Active listening, empathy, strong verbal and written communication skills will be a must. The Account Manager will be the first point of contact for all new prospects and will play a crucial role in driving new business.

Each week the Account Manager will make a number of cold calls, emails, texts, social media messages, etc. to set up appointments for their Account Executive to attend. They will be responsible for driving the growth of business in conjunction with their team for both new and established contacts. Account Managers will have weekly goals to reach set forward by the company. This position has an evolving territory that changes on a regular basis depending on where, geographically, the business sees the greatest area of opportunity.

Primary Objectives

  • Implement and manage all systems and growth strategies for the Sales Division that promotes a relationship centered culture in both the community and workplace.
  • Held accountable to Company & Division goals.
  • Provide feedback and solutions to the systems development team as needed.
  • Actively participate in developing and maintaining a budget for the Sales Division to include office supplies, events, sponsorships, etc.
  • Be the first point of contact handling all escalated vendor and agent inquiries or complaints.

Regular Work Activities

  • Establishing/nurturing business relationship with Realtors/Vendors/Affiliates etc.
  • Implementation of relationship & follow up touchpoint systems developed including phone calls, personal note cards, emails, Social Media etc.
  • Work directly with peers and co-workers on coordinating and attending networking events and presentations in their territory.
  • Nurture high level relationships with agencies, agent teams, and other connectors within the industry both in person and digitally.
  • Experiment and create new ways to develop close and lasting relationships within the community, within the team, and online.

Management Responsibilities

  • Weekly meetings with focus on accountability and individual action items. (Level 10 Meeting)
  • Regular reporting of activities and results on a weekly basis with their leader and team.
