Job Description

The Client Acquisition Specialist will be key in forming new relationships with clients, vendors, and other lead sources. They are the first face of our company to many in the community and will need to have strong interpersonal relationship and persuasion skills. Active listening, empathy, strong verbal and written communication skills are a must. An ability to overcome objections and present value propositions effectively is important for in success in this role. The Client Acquisition Specialist will be the crucial leader in forming new relationships and introducing leads to our company primarily through 1:1 meetings, office presentations, and attending networking events.

Each week the Client Acquisition Specialist will bring their unique view and ideas to the team and discuss ways to improve and meet the goals of the company and bring in new customers. They are the eyes & ears of the company outside the walls of the office. We rely on them to report areas of need/gaps/struggles that relators and other vendors are communicating, no matter how subtle, so that the team can come together to develop solutions to better meet our customers’ needs.

Primary Objectives

  • Create new relationships with lead sources to grow our Inspection Business in your assigned territory
  • Implement and manage all systems and growth strategies for the Growth department that promotes a relationship centered culture in both the community and workplace.
  • Create and be held accountable to Individual, Department, and Company vision goals
  • Provide feedback and solutions to the systems development team as needed.
  • Actively participate in developing and maintaining a monthly budget that includes office supplies, events, sponsorships, etc.
  • Be the first point of contact handling all escalated vendor and agent inquiries or complaints.
  • Ability to perform all job duties of the Growth Department, if needed.

Regular Work Activities

  • Establishing/nurturing professional relationship with clients, vendors, affiliates etc.
  • Implementation of relationship & follow up touchpoint systems developed including phone calls, personal note cards, emails, Social Media etc.
  • Work directly with peers and co-workers on coordinating and attending networking events, team meetings, 1 on 1’s, presentations in their territory.
  • Identify and establish high level relationships with agencies, agent teams, and other connectors within the industry both in person and digitally.
  • Experiment and create new ways to develop close and lasting relationships within the community, within the team, and online.

Pay: From $38,000.00 per year
