Job Description
The Client Acquisition Specialist will be key in forming new relationships with clients, vendors, and other lead sources. They are the first face of our company to many in the community and will need to have strong interpersonal relationship and persuasion skills. Active listening, empathy, strong verbal and written communication skills are a must. An ability to overcome objections and present value propositions effectively is important for in success in this role. The Client Acquisition Specialist will be the crucial leader in forming new relationships and introducing leads to our company primarily through 1:1 meetings, office presentations, and attending networking events.
Each week the Client Acquisition Specialist will bring their unique view and ideas to the team and discuss ways to improve and meet the goals of the company and bring in new customers. They are the eyes & ears of the company outside the walls of the office. We rely on them to report areas of need/gaps/struggles that relators and other vendors are communicating, no matter how subtle, so that the team can come together to develop solutions to better meet our customers’ needs.
