MCO Construction and Services, Inc. is Hiring an Office Coordinator Near Miami, FL

Job description

Responsibilities

  • Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
  • Support Executive Team with various administrative tasks
  • Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts (rent, phone, internet, etc.)
  • Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update accounting system
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders
  • Assist in client relationship management
  • Payroll Processing
  • 401K Processing
  • Assist with Human Resources duties (Reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, processing new hires, etc.)
  • Assistant with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables (invoicing, bill payment etc.)
  • Processing Certifications
  • Renewing business licenses
  • Assisting with Proposal and Bid Submissions
  • Provide administrative support to president as personal assistant

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
