**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a keen eye for interior design. Lead generation is provided, no need to do cold-calling.
**Responsibilities:**- Conduct in-home consultations with potential clients to understand their remodeling needs and preferences.
- Develop solutions and proposals for clients.
- Present proposals to clients and address any questions or concerns they may have.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for business growth.
**Qualifications:**- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the home remodeling or construction industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to create accurate proposals and contracts.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to succeed.
- Knowledge of interior design principles and remodeling processes is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
