Looking for very qualified individual to manage and perform all duties relating to Accounts Payable for our 2 office locations. Must be a self starter and have very strong work ethic. Minimum 2 years accounts payable experience necessary.

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Enter monthly utility bills
• Weekly check runs
• Issue purchase orders
• Reconcile statements from vendors
• Request certificates of insurance for clients and vendors and reviewing to make sure they meet any requirements
• Request certificates of insurance from subcontractors
• Keep current the list of employee drivers for auto insurance
• Enter internal and intercompany transactions
• Keep track of project costs
• Calculate, generate, and pay Sales and Use tax reports for Utah and LV on a monthly basis
• Generate Personal Property report for Utah and LV on an annual basis
• Arrange per diem for upcoming travel and reconcile the receipts
• Disburse and reconcile petty cash
• Reconcile radio bank statements
• Reconcile PayPal accounts
• Filling out credit apps
• Make credit card payments over the phone or online as needed
• Send W-9 and resale certificates
• Keep current the truck maintenance log
• Mileage checks for runners
• Business license renewals, including gross sales calculations
• Sign out and keep track of company credit card, Chevron gas cards, Home Depot cards
• Basic understanding of company liability insurance, ins and outs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
