Mateis Corporation is a leading distributor of PV solar components for residential and commercial segments in the US, recently expanding its presence in Asia and South America.
Position Overview
We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative to process incoming purchase orders, oversee the order fulfillment process, create weekly sales reports, and support the outside sales team. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, this role will provide data tracking analytics to offer clear visibility to the sales team on real time order status.
Responsibilities
· Order Processing and Management:
- Manage customers’ onboarding process and organize customer files.
- Create customer quotes.
- Receive, review, and process incoming purchase orders from customers.
- Create products release orders, so Logistics department can process delivery.
- Review pending orders and specific customer requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience.
- Troubleshoot issues with customer orders and accounts.
· Developing & Managing Customer Relationship Management (“CRM”) Tool:
- Maintain up to date customer and order information, manage customer onboarding information, quoting, order acknowledgment, process purchase orders and updates through CRM tool (Monday.com)
- Constantly develop and manage the current sales process using CRM tool.
· Reporting
- Provide customers with updates on order status as needed.
- Working with Logistics department to conduct weekly inventory checks and issue allocation reports to provide regular updates to the sales team.
- Monitor sales performance through sales tracking tools and report progress to sales representatives.
- Support sales manager for tracking sales revenues and providing reports to the sales team and executive team members.
Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
· Prior experience in sales support role
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
· Previous experience using CRM software (such as SalesForce, Monday, and etc.) preferred
· Must have strong written and interpersonal skills.
· Problem solving and critical/creative thinking skills are necessary.
