AMBITIOUS and MOTIVATED Sales Agents to BRING VALUE to our team. If you're driven by high income potential and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we're eager to see what you can bring to our table!

What you need to know before applying (Realistic Expectations):

  • This is a phone sales position, so you will be talking, connecting and helping customers on the phone ALOT.
  • You will need to be consistent, you will need to work hard. We will train you to help you succeed but you will need a strong work ethic.
  • You will go through a training program before taking live leads.
  • The role is HOURLY COMMISSION. On average after our training program, a consistent sales rep with little or no experience could make around $60,000.00 more or less their first year. Experience sales reps will range from 60K , 100k , or even 200k .

Description of Role (Inside Sales):

  • Conduct inbound and outbound calls, understanding clients' tax challenges.
  • Present the benefits of our tax relief services.
  • Generate new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with colleagues while also working independently.
  • Manage time effectively to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of our team.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Highly motivated individuals with a positive attitude and excellent people skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills.
  • Outstanding Telephone Etiquette skills
  • Proficient Computer Skills
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

Training:

Compensation:

  • Hourly Commission! (pay structure gives you a safety net and also motivates you to do more)
