MasterCorp is Hiring a Talent Program Manager Near Orlando, FL

Overview

Reporting to the Director of Talent Operations, The Program Manager for Talent Operations will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and optimizing Talent and HR processes across the talent function. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in HR processes, project management, and technology integration, with a focus on enhancing business efficiency and employee engagement. This role will partner with HR Leadership Teams and various key business stakeholders to ensure proper alignment of an accountable, high-performing, and values-driven culture to actively anticipate, plan for, and address talent and culture needs of the organization. This role will have an emphasis on HR technology enablement, process and project management objectives and the build out of metrics and data driven methos to support end to end talent suite. This role will be based in Orlando, FL or within a commutable distance to that location.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in HR/Talent processes, tools, and project management.

  • Proven track record of successful HR process reengineering and technology integration projects.
  • Strong understanding of Talent systems, including Recruitment, Onboarding, Analytics, Learning & Development, and Performance Management.
  • Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred) and other systems supporting CRM, HCM and LMS within talent suites
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience managing global mobility recruitment strategies and international visa processing is a plus.
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP) or related field is preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office Products, Project Management software
  • Understanding of HR Processes and cross functional dependences
  • Experience leading Employer and Talent Branding strategy and social media KPIs
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred.

Essential Functions

  • Demonstrate strong knowledge in HR/Talent processes such as Recruiting, Performance Management, Learning & Development, and Operations, ensuring they align with evolving business practices.
  • Lead HR process reengineering projects, leveraging technology for process improvement and operational excellence.
  • Function as the Program/Project Manager, guiding project scope, requirements, planning, scheduling, risk identification, and contingency planning.
  • Manage system updates, feature rollouts, and automation opportunities to streamline manual processes.
  • Work with Leadership to further develop a strategy to optimize Talent systems to meet requirements and help drive efficiencies while maintaining ownership and on-going maintenance of full talent suite (Recruitment, On-Boarding, Analytics, Learning & Development, and Performance)
  • Act as an ambassador of organizational culture, reinforcing behaviors aligned with organizational values.
  • Drive employee engagement through the implementation of organizational strategies and initiatives.
