We are a company that owns real estate and restaurants and are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative support for Management at our company.

Responsibilities:

• Handle administrative needs of Management
• Assist in managing workflow and scheduling
• Answer phone calls and direct to appropriate individuals
• Email correspondence
• Letter writing
• Maintain and order supplies
• Filing and organization of leases and other important documents

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an administrative assistant a plus
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong attention to detail
• Engaging on phone calls with customers/vendors/tenants
• Competency in Microsoft Office

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
