We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Facilities Manager to oversee and maintain our portfolio of restaurants and commercial real estate properties. As the Facilities Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation and functionality of our facilities. With excellent problem-solving capabilities and a keen eye for detail, you will be responsible for managing maintenance activities, coordinating repairs, overseeing contractors, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our tenants and customers. The ideal candidate will have a wide range of skills to troubleshoot basic maintenance and repairs at both the restaurants and the properties.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate repairs and maintenance on a variety of properties
• Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
• Collaborates with management to identify and address facility-related needs and improvements
• Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
• Supervise and train maintenance staff
• Coordinates and supervises contractors, ensuring quality work and adherence to safety regulations
• Obtains and reviews prices for the procurement of parts, services, and labor for projects
• Maintains accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, invoices, and warranties
• Responds to emergency maintenance and alarm concerns and oversees outside vendors when applicable
• Peparing facilities for changing weather conditions

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in property management or other related fields
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to build rapport with tenants
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to facility management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural systems a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
