The Business Development Representative is an exciting position for a high-energy, motivated, and experienced sales representative. It is a full-time, in-house role (NO AGENCIES) with the potential for 6 figure compensation.
You must be an A-player with a relentless work ethic. If you only do enough work to get a paycheck, you won't survive here. At Mavs Wealth Group, the number one core company principle is "HARD WORK": we keep working until the job is done! This is a 40 hours/week position, with our typical Business Development Representative working ~50-60 hours/week.
Responsibilities:
-Complete 700 assigned sales calls per day
-Set as many appointments as you possibly can
-Attend daily company meeting
-Complete end-of-day reports
-Attend regular training
-Meet and exceed monthly objectives
