Manpower Group is Hiring an Administrative assistant Near Saint Paul, MN

Our client, is seeking an Administrative Assistant candidate to start as soon as possible to join their team.

Job Title : Administrative Assistant

Location : Maplewood, MN

Pay Range : $20 - $21 / hr.

What’s the Job Responsibilities ?

Coordinates with new product development engineers and scientists to create and implement purchase orders in support of new product development activities.

This includes serving as the first level escalation resource for issues that may arise in the purchase order environment (SAP) and monitoring the validity of the information within existing purchase orders and makes adjustments as needed.

Major Duties :

Subject matter expert for the division laboratory on purchase order activities within SAP including :

o Entering purchase orders

o Tracking purchase orders through completion

o Updating purchase order details as needed

o Ensuring invoices are received and entered correctly

o Setting up and coordinating with suppliers within SAP

Communicate proactively and effectively with the purchase order owners to ensure accurate data is entered and escalation is started when potential issues arise.

This includes the coordination of shipping schedules and confirmation of the delivery of goods and services.

Qualifications :

  • High school degree or equivalent education is required
  • Basic understanding of SAP or willingness to learn SAP fundamentals
  • Experience in customer service with a demonstration of good communication skills
  • Detail oriented with a track record to bringing tasks to completion
