Job Title: Mail Room Clerk/Administrative Assistant Location: Scottsdale, AZ 85260 Job Summary: The Mail Room Clerk with Courier Driving Responsibilities operates high-volume duplicating equipment, performs associated copying tasks, manages document imaging equipment and related software, and oversees high-volume mail management systems. Additionally, the role involves generating reports for digital printing, imaging, and mail systems in digital format, as well as handling incoming and outgoing mail/faxes and applying necessary postage. The position may also include courier driving responsibilities and providing maintenance and repair services for customer site equipment. Key Responsibilities
Operate high-volume duplicating equipment and perform associated copying tasks.
Manage high-volume document imaging equipment and related software.
Oversee high-volume mail management systems.
Generate reports for digital printing, imaging, and mail systems in digital format.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail/faxes and apply necessary postage.
Provide maintenance and repair services for customer site equipment.
Perform bindery, QC, final checks, housekeeping, file services, call center representative, and reception duties as needed.
Assist with various building support functions related to meeting setups and light maintenance.
Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
1-2 years of experience in a related field is preferred.
Some related copy job experience is preferred.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record for courier driving responsibilities.
