Job Title: Mail Room Clerk/Administrative Assistant

Job Summary: The Mail Room Clerk with Courier Driving Responsibilities operates high-volume duplicating equipment, performs associated copying tasks, manages document imaging equipment and related software, and oversees high-volume mail management systems. Additionally, the role involves generating reports for digital printing, imaging, and mail systems in digital format, as well as handling incoming and outgoing mail/faxes and applying necessary postage. The position may also include courier driving responsibilities and providing maintenance and repair services for customer site equipment.
Key Responsibilities

• Operate high-volume duplicating equipment and perform associated copying tasks.
• Manage high-volume document imaging equipment and related software.
• Oversee high-volume mail management systems.
• Generate reports for digital printing, imaging, and mail systems in digital format.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail/faxes and apply necessary postage.
• Provide maintenance and repair services for customer site equipment.
• Perform bindery, QC, final checks, housekeeping, file services, call center representative, and reception duties as needed.
• Assist with various building support functions related to meeting setups and light maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in a related field is preferred.
• Some related copy job experience is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record for courier driving responsibilities.
