Job Summary:
We are seeking a Pastry Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about pastries and desserts and able to follow our Italian recipes , while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts following recipes and guidelines
- Decorate cakes and pastries using various techniques
- Ensure all food products are fresh, of high quality, and visually appealing
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to fulfill catering orders and special requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations at all times

Skills:
POSITIVE ATTITUDE
- Strong customer service skills when interacting with clients or guests
- Experience in food production within a bakery or kitchen setting
- Knowledge of catering operations is a plus
- Ability to handle food safely to prevent contamination
- Proficient in food preparation techniques including mixing, baking, and packaging
- Experience as a cook in a professional kitchen environment

This is an overnight-morning job , Monday through Saturday : all products need to be ready by 06:00am

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week
