Job description
Maine Properties, LLC is currently looking for a Rental Administrative Assistant to join our team. Maine Properties, LLC has been an integrated, family-owned building development and property management company. We have grown steadily, developing, building, and managing high-quality residential and commercial properties, with long-term ownership as our foremost goal. Providing development and construction management services, managing real estate operating companies, and managing and maintaining real estate assets for local investors. Our employees demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and a strong work ethic and we are looking to add a dynamic rental administrative assistant to our team.
Role and Responsibilities
· Assisting in unit turns
· Assisting in unit renewals
· Answering phone calls and responding to emails
· Roommate release/promotion/midterm lease/adding a new roommate
· Reviewing applications to ensure all information has been collected
· Updating info on property management software, CRM
· Market Survey
· Sending delinquency letters
· Sending account statements
· Sending move in letters and scheduling move ins for new tenants
· Work order scheduling for tenants and property managers
· Filing
· Assisting in financials
· Unit tours
· Other responsibilities
Qualifications and Education Requirements
· Education: High School diploma or equivalent
