Pathways Health and Community Support, LLC is Hiring an Administrative professional Near Scarborough, ME

Description

Administrative Support Professional

This position also supports team members with questions and requested tasks, contributing to a positive work environment and enhancing company culture.

As a support to the Regional Office Manager, you will assist with the hiring process and orientation of new staff. This invaluable position will develop and maintain communication systems, ensure compliance with agency and contract standards and procedures (confidentiality, personnel / client file maintenance), and complete state mandated reports.

What we are looking for (at least one of the following) :

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Proficiency with office machines, Microsoft Outlook, and common Microsoft and web-based applications.
  • Administrative experience- preferred
