Emerald Search Partners is assisting a renowned law firm in their search for an Executive Assistant to join their team in Seattle (4228). This position will provide executive-level support to the firm's Executive Committee, Managing Partner, and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO). The Executive Assistant will also handle project coordination on a variety of firm-wide initiatives.

Day-to-day duties include but are not limited to:
- administrative support tasks
- managing multiple, complex calendars
- scheduling and providing logistical support for meeting and events
- collaborate with other departments on planning, procedures, and streamlining processes 

The successful candidate will have 3 years experience as an executive-level assistant, excellent written and verbal communication, high levels of organization and project coordination skills, and a knack for increasing efficiency.
